It is tucked behind the large single family home community of Greenbriar, right off an exit of Fairfax County Parkway. There are only about 120 townhomes in the community.
The community is built next to Birch Pond, a small man made pond. This body of water gives a small amount of the townhomes in the community a water view from their decks and rear windows.
