Assembly Townhomes Fairfax

The Assembly Townhomes are perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Fairfax, VA. It is a small community of less than 100 total townhomes, and usually there are only a handful of sales per year.

The community really is convenient, with just one light to exit 60 on Rt. 66. The townhomes themselves were built in the late 1960s/early 1970s and have all brick siding.

The Assembly townhomes originally have a more traditional style, with well defined rooms that are seperated with walls. However many homeowners have made certain parts of the townhomes more open and modern.

If you are in the market for these townhomes, it does take some planning and maybe even some proactive and creative ideas to find one for sale.

As it is such a small community, they generally sell very quickly when one is on the market. Contact us now if you have any questions about this area.
